The information provided by you in the Career Interests System is collected for the purposes of setting up your account with us so that you can find out more about possible careers that you may be interested in. Your career data may be shared with the organisation which enrolled you on the site (eg: school/college/university/local council) so that they can better help you with your career path.
Completion of this database/sharing your information with us constitutes explicit consent from you for us to process your data for this purpose.
Logging in to the system shows all your data related to the Career Interests System. Your data will be held in our system for 1 year, unless you request that we delete it, or unless you are enrolled for a further year. Please contact our data processing officer at dpo@aes.co.uk if you wish to have your data removed before the end of the year.
